Stem glass with cobalt blue overlay & decorative cut decor, Josephinenhütte around 1920

Stem glass / cased Roman made of colorless glass, solid, rising disc base, faceted, hexagonal faceted stem shaft with prism faceted node, cobalt blue overlaid, bell-shaped bowl with wedge-cut decoration and polished lip rim.
