Stem glass with faceted stand, overlaid bowl with spheres, Josephinenhütte

Stem glass made of colorless crystal glass, hexagonally faceted, rising base, six-faceted stem shaft in tulip shape, peeled cup with rose-colored overlay merging at the lower end, wall with cut spheres and finely engraved flower stems in six-fold repeat, polished lip edge, underside of foot with dislocated tear. Wine glass is in intact condition. Josephinenhütte, form 1388, cut 850 around 1915-20. Height: approx. 19.2 cm, top diameter: approx. 7.8 cm. Lit: Stefania Zelasko, Josephinenhütte 1900-50, page 271.
