Rare Renaissance style cup made of colorless glass with a cobalt blue base, hollow funnel-shaped base with melted gold dust, cup base with applied thread laid in waves, cup-shaped cup decorated with polychrome enamel painting (worm line and dot decoration), on the front side a medallion held by two putti with the portrait of one man's. Cup is in intact condition with micro micro chip on the outer edge. Fritz Heckert glassworks in Petersdorf around 1891, form 5900. Height: approx. 25.3 cm.
