Heavy footed cup made of dark blue glass, Russia or Bohemia around 1840

Very heavy footed cup made of dark blue, thick-walled glass, solid round base with diamond-decorated walls and polished olive-cut teardrop on the underside, short shaft, slightly cylindrical cup with polished ball and wedge cuts, offset and polished lip edge. Mug is in intact condition with small usage chips on the base. Bohemia or Russia around 1835-40. Height: approx. 13.5 cm, diameter: approx. 8.0 cm, weight 742 grams.
