Bowl with gilded brass fittings, Wilhelm Kralik Sohn, Crackle series, around 1900

Bowl made of colorless, light pink/cranberry overlaid glass with crackle-patterned walls, matte iridescent surface, boat-shaped body with a flared neck, the offset base with a gilt brass mount and four flared feet decorated with blossoms and foliage, the flared rim with openwork mount and attached flat handles, appropriately decorated. Jardinière is in undamaged condition. Wilhelm Kralik Sohn, Eleonorenhain, circa 1900, Crackle series. Total height: approx. 21.0 cm, diameter: approx. 26.0 cm, depth: approx. 15.0 cm.
