Small vase with topaz-brown powder inclusions, Daum, *Verre de Jade*, c. 1918

2 Art Nouveau stem glasses made of colorless, optically ribbed glass. They feature a trumpet-shaped hollow stem with a fused base rim and a thick-walled, bulbous ring. The cylindrical bowl is applied to the stem and has a slightly domed (pushed-up) base and a fire-polished rim. The wine glasses are in excellent, undamaged condition. Attributed to Daum Frères, Nancy, circa 1900; unsigned. Height: 15.2 cm; top diameter: approx. 6.6 cm. Ref.: Comparable wine glasses featuring gold and enamel decoration by Daum and Louis Damon are sometimes found with signatures.
