Goblet with bell base, engraved crown and monogram JB GB, dated 1794

Goblet made of colorless glass, bell-shaped base with rim folded down and chipped off, baluster shaft with pierced air bubble, a rosette made of seven pierced air bubbles in the cup base, wall on the visible side with engraved crown of leaves and monogram: "JB GB" surrounded by leafy branches, ribbons and rolled tendrils, fused lip rim, dated 1794 on the back. Goblet is in undamaged condition. North German / Weserbergland, end of the 18th century, height: approx. 16.5 cm, diameter at the top: approx. 6.5 cm, weight: approx. 215 grams.
