Tall vase made of colorless, thick-walled glass in the shape of a boot, freely formed body with yellow, green and orange-red colored glass melts, the wall on the front with two melted faces made of black-violet glass as a homage to Pablo Picasso, melted vase rim, polished base, inscribed in vibrogravure: Badioli. Vase is in undamaged condition. Vetreria Badioli, Mario Badioli, Murano, end of the 20th century, height: approx. 41.5 cm, width: approx. 20.0 cm, depth: approx. 12.0 cm, weight approx. 5.0 kg. Lit. Mario Badioli (born 1940 in Murano), trained under Ermanno Nason, worked under Angiolo Fuga, Mazzega I.V.M and Oball. Lit: Vetreria Badioli in Murano (since 1984), produces glasswork and is famous for its Picasso-style creations.
