Product Details

Large wine glass/goblet made of colorless lead crystal glass, featuring a solid, rising disc base with a chipped break, a stemmed stem tapering upwards, a conical, slightly cylindrical bowl with a fused lip, and a surrounding engraved decoration in the form of a fox hunt, depicting a rider with a top hat on a galloping horse, and three hunting dogs chasing a fox in a tree-lined landscape. The wine glass is in undamaged condition. England, late 18th/early 19th century. Height: approx. 20.0 cm, diameter: approx. 10.4 cm.
