Large two-part centerpiece with overlay and cut decoration, New World around 1850

2-part vendor bowl / centerpiece made of colorless glass with cobalt blue overlay and cut-through ornamentation, rising hollow base with thickened shaft, plate-shaped, removable bowl body with curved, ground, protruding edge. Small damage to a bow on the upper shell attachment, lower part with small damage to the upper inner edge of the mouth / damage due to use. Both items can be used separately, as a bowl and as a candlestick. Count Harrach'sche Glashütte Neuwelt, 2nd half of the 19th century. Height: approx. 26.0 cm, diameter: approx. 27.5 cm.
