Large cup depicting a trumpeter, Theresienthal around 1875-90

Large cup / cup glass vase made of green-brown glass, solid round stand with wavy thread, cylindrical body, above the stand on the bulging wall applied row of berry nubs with white dot enamel and gold line decoration. On the front side there is a polychrome opaque painting in the form of a trumpeter and a horse in a forest clearing, on the back with the inscription "God protect you, it wasn't meant to be". Cup is in intact condition, 1 berry nub chipped. Theresienthaler crystal glass factory, around 1875-90. Height: approx. 32.0 cm.
