Large lidded cup with decorative cut decoration, Haida technical school, Joh. Oertel, signed

Covered cup made of colorless glass with silver yellow etching, hollow stand, curved, multi-faceted body, wall with stylized all-round cut and engraving, partly glazed, repeating decoration, faceted, wave-shaped lid with yellow-stained knob, signed on the lower edge of the foot. Lidded box is in intact condition, fine scratch on the wall. Haida Technical School (design), Joh. Oertel & Co. (execution), Haida, around 1920/21. Height: approx. 22.8 cm, diameter: approx. 13.0 cm.
