Large vase made of colorless, thick-walled glass with an opaque base, topaz-colored and dark brown powder inclusions as well as partially shattered gold foil inclusions, offset round stand, ovoid body with short, cylindrical neck and warmed vase rim, base with a dislocated tear, inscribed in engraving on the round stand: Daum Nancy France with Lorraine Cross. Vase is in a healthy condition with a small open bubble due to a gold inclusion in the intermediate layer. Daum Freres Nancy, Verre de Jade series around 1918-25.
