Large footed bowl with topaz-colored overlay and fine silver decoration, Josephinenhütte

Large footed bowl made of colorless glass with topaz-colored overlay, solid trumpet-shaped round base, nodus, large cylindrical cuppa at the bottom with a peeled finish, wall with cut leaf ornaments and galvanic fine silver plating with a repeat pattern all around, bowl rim with engraved dedication "For the 10-year anniversary August 1, 1929. Given by Schmidts Gummiwarenfabrik Arthur Schmidt AG Stade". Bowl is in good condition with slight defects on the fine silver plating on the cut leaves.
