Foot bowl made of dark blue and white opal glass, colorless overlaid, the bell-shaped body with white, horizontal thread decoration and four oval supports / chunks made of opaque white glass, the swinging edge of the bowl with laid out opaque white glass thread, the flared bell foot made of opaque white glass with a dislocated tear-off.
