Footed bowl made of cobalt blue glass with white overlay, Lauenstein or Schorborn

Footed bowl with cobalt blue overlay, solid round base, short stem with beaded ring, baluster stem, attached bowl with a widely flared, downward-lobed rim and opaque white overlay, base with a chip and wear marks. The bowl is in undamaged condition. North German, Osterwals Glassworks, Amt Lauenstein or Princely Glassworks at Schorborn, early 19th century. Height: approx. 11.0 cm, Diameter: approx. 11.0 cm.
