Early Teplitz Views Beaker with Round Medallions, Bohemia, around 1825-30

Beaker made of colorless glass, the lower part with hatched and stone-engraved pointed arch fields in an eight-fold repeat, notched base, the indented body with five raised round medallions engraved with views of Teplitz and the inscription "Memoirs of Teplitz," below a band with the names Wilhelmshöhe, Schloßberg, Schlackenburg, Mariaschein, and von Teplitz. The rim is subsequently polished. The beaker is in undamaged condition. Bohemia, circa 1825-30. Height: approx. 11.6 cm, diameter: approx. 8.4 cm.
