Studio glass vase with melted paint, Trail Cane Twist, signed Ch. Meaker

Art glass vase made of different colored glass, conical round stand made of colorless glass with turquoise-green underlay, multiple stepped and curved body with drawn-in vase edge, wall made of colorless glass with light blue, white and brown inclusions in rod and spiral patterns, (opal glass, melted in a specially developed Filament glass technique 'Trail Cane Twist' in a geometric pattern of diagonally guided bands of lines), a hollow foot with a broken tear-off and inscribed in vibro-engraving: CHARLIE MEAKER 1983 BW 49. The vase is in good condition. Charlie Meaker around 1981 (USA 1946 - 2011 Copenhagen). Height: approx. 25.5 cm, diameter: approx. 10.5 cm.
