Stem glass with copper ruby overlay, Josephinenhütte, S. Haertel around 1920

Stem glass made of colorless crystal glass, slightly sloping disc base with ray-cut decoration in the base, faceted stem shaft notched on the sides, copper ruby-colored overlaid and cut-decorated cup with wedge and palm-cut decoration, gold-plated lip edge. Wine glass is in intact condition. Josephinenhütte, designed by Siegfried Haertel, form 926, around 1915-20. Height: approx. 19.8 cm. Lit: Stefania Zelasko, Josephinenhütte 1900-50, page 271.
