Stem glass / liqueur glass, Jean Beck, Egon von Poschinger around 1915

Overlaid liqueur Roman / stem glass made of colorless crystal glass, slightly rising disc base with star cut decoration, faceted stem shaft, cobalt blue overlaid and cut decorated bowl with floral decoration in the lenses.
