Rare overlaid Roman with star cut, designed by Alexander Pfohl, Josephinenhütte

Rare overlaid stemmed glass made of colorless crystal glass, disc foot with a cut star on the base, hexagonal, faceted stem with a centrally thickened rim, rose-colored overlaid bowl and cup with wedge and star cuts, polished rim. The stem is intact. Josephinenhütte, design by Alexander Pfohl, circle of form 040, decor 1085, circa 1918-20. Height: approx. 21.0 cm, diameter: approx. 8.2 cm.
