Heavy goblet with cobalt-blue overlay and spherical decorative elements, circa 1930

Goblet made of heavy, colorless crystal glass with a blue overlay; features a solid circular base and a multi-faceted stem with a prism-cut upper section. The ovoid bowl has a polished, distinct rim, and the body is decorated with three rows of spherical indentations (prunts). The polished base shows signs of scratching. The goblet is in excellent, undamaged condition. Origin: Bohemia or the Bavarian Forest, circa 1930–40. Height: approx. 16.3 cm; diameter: approx. 10.0 cm.
