Magnificently cut lead crystal vase, Lobmeyr, designed by Stefan Rath around 1940

Heavy vase made of colorless lead crystal glass with a solid base, conical, cylindrical body with solid walls, the body with elaborate, acid-polished cut decoration, polished base with dislocated tear and traces of sliding, small damage to the lower edge of the vase. Lobmeyr Vienna around 1940, designed by Stefan Rath, executed by Anton Rückl & Söhne in Langenau, cut in Haida documented by Richard Horn and Frantisek Brabec.
