Pair of candle holders made of dark purple glass with gilded frieze, Bohemia around 1920

Pair of candlesticks made of dark violet glass, solid round base with curved facets, multi-articulated, multi-faceted hollow shaft with surrounding, etched and gilded antique-style decoration with youths, gilded rim, polished base. Candlesticks are in good condition, the gilding has been retouched in places. Bohemia around 1920. Height: approx. 13.8 cm. Lit: There were comparable designs by Rudolf Schwedler of Harrach'sche Neuwelt, Adolf Rasche and Carl Goldberg in Haida.
