Glashütte: Josephinenhütte
Lodge glass made of colorless, thick-walled crystal glass, spherical, honeycomb-faceted base with a recessed round foot, conical bowl, body with Masonic emblem of the Royal Lodge "Zur Eiche" I.O. Hameln, of which King George V of Hanover was an honorary member, grapevine decoration with the monogram TF on the reverse, rim and foot with polished gold, base with a ball. The Masonic glass is in intact condition, the gold rims are heavily worn. Josephinenhütte, Schreiberhau, design by Arthur Gerlach, form 1204, circa 1890-1900. Height approx. 13.3 cm, diameter: approx. 9.0 cm. Lit.: Stefania Zelasko, Josephinenhütte 1900-50, page 88.
