Small vase with ornamental decoration painted in gold and fine black, Haida

Small colorless glass vase with an acid-matted finish; ovoid body with a short, cylindrical neck; the sides feature ornamental decoration painted in gold and fine black enamel; gilded rim. The vase is in excellent condition. Origin: Haida region; produced by a local glass decorating workshop, likely Julius Mühlhaus, circa 1910. Height: approx. 10.5 cm.
