Glashütte: Benedikt von Poschinger

Small vase of colorless glass cased with orange opal glass; ovoid body with a cylindrical neck and flared rim. The body features three elongated, teardrop-shaped appliqués alternating with small blobs of black-violet glass in a repeating pattern of three; polished rim. The vase is in good condition, with a micro-chip on the rim next to an air bubble. Benedikt von Poschinger Crystal Glassworks, Oberzwieselau, c. 1906–10; design: Georg Carl von Reichenbach. Height: approx. 11.3 cm.
