Glashütte: E. Val & Cie

Vase made of colorless, thick-walled glass, painted on the interior with a flat orange color; teardrop-shaped body with a polished rim; applied floral metal mount featuring leaves and tendrils around the upper section, marked "Val." The vase is in excellent condition. "VAL" refers to E. Val & Cie (also known as Ancienne Maison Effler), produced in collaboration with Verrerie d'Art Lorrain, circa 1900–1910. Height: approx. 10.0 cm; diameter: approx. 10.0 cm.
