Handled jug with pink glazed highly polished ornamentation, Friedrich Egermann

Handled jug / jug made of colorless glass, multi-faceted base, underside with pink glazed notched cut star and cross hatching, multi-peeled bulbous body with attached angularly ground handle, walls with highly ground ornamentation glazed pink, inside it are glazed flowers and harp, decorated with notched rosette, stepped spout-shaped spout. Small crack at the base of the handle, not merging into the body, otherwise in intact condition. Friedrich Egermann's workshop, Blottendorf near Haida, around 1845. Height: approx. 22.5 cm, diameter: approx. 18.0 cm.
