Large pointed goblet with seven pierced air beads in the shaft, late 18th century.

Large pointed goblet made of colorless, bubbled glass, solid, slightly sloping disc base with chipped tear, solid shaft with seven pierced air bubbles merging into a funnel-shaped cup, fused lip edge, strongly fluorescent glass mass under the UV lamp. Cup is in intact condition. Weserbergland around 1770-90. Height: approx. 18.5 cm, top diameter: approx. 9.5 cm, bottom diameter: approx. 10.0 cm.
