Large handle jug with enamel painting, Theresienthal around 1880

Large handle jug made of green-brown glass, round base with raised base, pear-shaped vessel body with attached handle. On the wall there is a polychrome opaque painting in the form of a trumpeter and a horse in a forest clearing with a city view, "Trumpeter von Säckingen". Gilded muzzle edge slightly rubbed, polished base with dislocated tear. The pot is in a healthy condition. Theresienthaler crystal glass factory, around 1880-90. Height: 28.8cm.
