Large flat bowl made of greyish glass, solid round base, in the mirror fine floral decoration in needle etching with gilding (flowers and foliage with gold line decoration) Signed in the engraving: J. Altmann 1942. Polished base and mouth edge. Shell is in intact condition. Steinschönau Glass School, Josef Altmann painting made for Lobmeyr in Vienna. approx. 1942.
