Gr. Vase with etched decoration, Frantisek Halama, signed Poustka around 1940-44

Large vase made of thick-walled golden-yellow Eldor glass, solid peeled round base, front side with etched decoration in the form of three graces, lightly clad ladies with shawls, back with polished cut decoration, visible side signed Poustka in relief, polished base with dislocated tear and sliding marks. Vase is in intact condition. Frantisek Halama glass factory in Železný Brod, based on a design by Antonin Poustka around 1940 - 44. Height: approx. 25.0 cm, diameter: approx. 17.4 cm.
