Gr. Vase made of ruby red glass with gold painting, Bernhardine Bayerl around 1921

Large vase made of ruby red glass, round stand, conical body with rounded shoulder, constricted, conical neck slightly flared, polished mouth edge, wall with surrounding, stylized floral decoration with triple repeat in polished gold, neck with double-row, wavy gold edge. Bowl is in intact condition, gold decoration is partially rubbed. Bernhardine Bayerl, Munich, around 1921, student of Bruno Mauder, director of the Zwiesel technical school. Height: approx. 24.0 cm.
