Glashütte: Jean Beck
Footed bowl of colorless glass with a blue opal glass overlay; the body features stylized acanthus leaf decoration in black enamel and a lightly iridescent finish. It has a flared circular foot, a stem with two constrictions, and a spherical bowl; the underside bears the etched octagonal mark "Jean Beck München." The piece is in excellent condition. Manufactured by Poschinger (Bavarian Forest); designed by Jean Beck, c. 1920. Height: approx. 9.0 cm; diameter: 12.0 cm.
