Glashütte: Lauenstein

Footed bowl made of colorless, slightly grayish glass, solid round base with chipped edge, baluster-shaped hollow shaft, attached beaded ring made of blue glass, flat, cylindrical bowl with wide flared edge and applied, thick-walled blue glass thread. Footed bowl is in good condition, bowl heavily scratched inside, microchip on the edge of the foot. Lauenstein, Osterwald glassworks, end of the 18th century / beginning of the 19th century, height: approx. 10.2 cm, diameter: approx. 15.3 cm. Lit: Lauenstein, Glas aus dem Osterwald, page 68.
