Lidded box with gilded deep-cut decoration, Josephinenhütte, Design A. Gerlach

Lidded box made of high-quality glass, trumpet-shaped hollow base with faceted walls and gold line decoration, spherical bowl with circumferential cut and gold-plated floral motifs with fruit decorations and garlands, matching cut and decorated lid with faceted ball knob. Foot and lid edge with elliptical cut decoration. The lidded box is in intact condition, the gilding is partly more worn. Josephinenhütte, probably designed by A. Gerlach around 1900.
