Lidded box with stone cut and transparent painting, Haida around 1920

Lidded box made of colorless glass, solid base with notched cut decoration, base of the bell-shaped body with arch facet and gold line decoration, wall with surface-filling stone cut, matching faceted lid with handle and surrounding decoration in transparent painting. Small chip on the inside of the edge of the lid, edge of the bowl with micro chips / signs of wear. Glass refineries in Haida around 1920-30. Height: approx. 17.5 cm, diameter: 12.0 cm.
