Lidded box with silver yellow stain and cut decoration, Haida technical school around 1920

Large lidded box made of colorless, silver-yellow stained glass, solid round base, conical body, wall with stylized all-round cut and engraving, partly glazed, repeating decor, trumpet-shaped lid with handle decorated to match. Wall with original adhesive label: Shape and decoration based on designs from the K.K. Kunstgewerbefachschule in Haida. Imitations are punishable. Polished base with slight traces of sliding. Box is in intact condition. Haida Technical School (design), probably executed by Joh. Oertel & Co., Haida, around 1920/21. Height: approx. 25.5 cm, diameter: approx. 13.0 cm.
