Glashütte: Lauenstein

Cup made of colorless glass, slightly curved, conical body with solid base, on the visible side of the wall a crowned monogram JSM executed in matt cut and the year 1801, flanked by bound leaf tendrils, warmed lip edge, base with chipped tear. Cup is in undamaged condition. Princely Schorborn Glassworks or Osterwald Glassworks / Amt Lauenstein around 1801. Height: approx. 10.3 cm, diameter at the top: approx. 7.5 cm.
