Beaker with decorative cut decoration, Imperial Glass Manufactory St. Petersburg, around 1830

Beaker made of greyish glass, curved, multi-peeled body with a solid base, the lower part with four-fold vertical wedge cut in a triple repeat, the upper part with arched, palmette cut and cross-hatching, offset and inwardly bevelled, gold-plated lip rim, base with a deep ball base. Beaker with small chips on the foot rim, small chip on the lip rim and an old restored spot on the lip rim. Russia, Imperial Glass Factory St. Petersburg, around 1820-1830. Height: approx. 12.5 cm, diameter: approx. 8.0 cm.
