Pair of goblets made of colorless glass, bell base with rim folded down and chipped off, baluster shaft with pierced air bubble, in the cup base a rosette made of seven pierced air bubbles, wall on the visible side with engraved crown of leaves and monogram with year: "C.L. 1766 and C T 1759" surrounded by leaf branches, ribbons and rolled tendrils, on the back with crown of leaves and matt engraved cross with 6 crossed keys, fused lip rim. Goblets are in undamaged condition. Central German or North German, mid-18th century, height: approx. 14.5 cm, diameter at top: approx. 6.1 cm. Lit: The cross with the crossed keys was also considered a symbol of courage, chivalry and independence.
