Stem glass made of colorless glass, disc base with surrounding wedge-cut decoration, faceted, centrally thickened stem shaft with prism faceted nodus at the end, bell-shaped bowl with green overlay, wall with surrounding richly cut and cut decoration in the form of flowers, tendrils and garlands, warmed lip edge, disc base with etched signature Webb.
