Champagne flute with painted coat of arms, Josephinenhütte, Gebr. Goedecke around 1895

Champagne flute made of colorless glass, disc base, baluster shaft with beaded ring, spherical node with applied berry nubs, funnel-shaped cup, front side with very finely painted coat of arms (heraldry) in gold and enamel colors of Baron von Dincke 1896, the Goedecke brothers in Hanover, lip edge with double polished gold application. Signed on the bottom of the foot: Geb. Goedecke Hannover. Wine glass is in intact condition. Schaffgotsch'sche Josephinenhütte, designed by Arthur Gerlach, painted by the painting workshops of the Gebr. Goedecke Hanover around 1890-1900. Height: approx. 19.7 cm.
