Small bowl with gold glitter, Venini, Sommerso a bollicine, around 1940

Small bowl on a round stand, four-sided convex wall with rounded corners, colorless glass with a light green interior, burst gold foil and air bubbles between the layers, polished base with strong traces of sliding. Bowl is in intact condition with production-related irregularities on the square edge of the bowl. Venini Murano, designed by Carlo Scarpa, series Sommerso a bollicine around 1940-45. Height: approx. 5.6 cm, diameter: approx. 6.5 cm.
