Large lidded box made of colorless crystal glass with rectangular fields, Bohemia around 1835

Large box made of colorless crystal glass, seven-fold peeled body with polished base and ray-cut star, cantilevered base with highly ground rectangular fields, polished bowl rim, heavy, perfectly ground lid with rectangular fields and tapered, stepped, seven-fold ground handle. The lidded box is in intact condition with a few small chips. Bohemia around 1835, probably Meyr's nephew, glass factory in Adolf near Winterberg. Height: approx. 22.0 cm, diameter: approx. 22.0 cm.
