Stem glass made of colorless crystal glass, arcuately ground disc base with steel-cut decoration in the base, double-conical, multi-faceted stem shaft with pierced air bubble and faceted nodus transitioning into an ovoid cobalt blue overlaid cup, wall with high-quality wedge-cut decoration, fused lip edge.
