Large cup made of colorless glass, solid base with chipped tear-off, cylindrical body with rounded stand, conical wall with geometric pattern of alternating frosted and light fields, the frosted fields with brightened stars, a lancet-cut border / bright pearls under the polished and gilded lip edge. Cup is in intact condition, gold rim rubbed. German or South Bohemia around 1800. Height: approx. 9.1 cm, diameter. approx. 9.1cm. Lit: S. Baumeister, glass art from the Empire to historicism.
