Overlaid Roman / stem glass made of colorless crystal glass, slightly sloping disc base with star cut decoration, faceted stem shaft, cobalt blue overlaid and ground cup with lens dot decoration. Small rough spot on the upper edge of the mouth, not noticeable and not annoying.
