Cup with engraved bird of prey, Josephinenhütte, designed by Siegfried Haertel

Large cup made of colorless crystal glass, rising disc base, six-fold faceted, centrally thickened stem shaft with pierced air bubble, large spherical cup, the visible side with a finely executed depiction of a bird of prey, polished lip edge. Cup is in intact condition. Josephinenhütte, designed by Siegfried Haertel around 1915-25, form 360 S 290, engraving probably Pius Macho. Height; approx. 28.2 cm, top diameter: approx. 10.5 cm.
